The homes will be smart-sized, designed with passve solar, in-floor heat, smart controls, energy efficient lighting, appliances, etc. The green space will be more than just grass. Trail systems will convey residents to the community core, where they can actually meet one another. These trails will be groomed for cross-country skiing.
