EVOLUTION is a construction company built on principles, and backed up by quality professional people. All projects are approached the same way; determine a clear scope of work, adapt the services to meet the Owner's expectations, assemble a winning team and build with integrity.
We offer General Contracting and Project Management. For both of these construction approaches, we align ourselves with appropriate sub-trades who understand that the goal is to build working relationships as well as quality buildings. We are known for our fairness as well as our technical expertise.
What sets us apart from other contractors is our experience with Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF). While this type of construction is more recognizable in the residential sector, commercial owners are increasingly interested in its energy efficiency and sound proofing qualities. We specialize in this technology not because it is new, but because it makes sense and impacts our environment less.
